Carmen Duncan, Mission Accomplished Transition Services
Carmen Duncan has taken her past experiences and used them to fuel the foundation for her business. As Founder of Mission Accomplished Transition Services, Carmen encourages millennials to overcome obstacles and adversity while transitioning from the classroom into the business world something she has struggled with herself after the death and incarceration of multiple family members. Mission Accomplished Transition Services utilizes customized training programs and career coaching for individuals struggling to transition from school to the workforce. With the help of her Albany High School counselors, Duncan was referred to a transitional living program and her mentors encouraged her to continue her education after high school. She graduated from Maria College and Sage College of Albany and received her master’s degree at Univeristy at Albany. She and Mission Accomplished have helped over 750 millennials enter the workforce in an impactful way with the help of mentors and sponsorship.
